In 2013, Evan’s kitchen started in Batu Gajah, a small town in Perak Malaysia, near Ipoh and journey is about half an hour. In 2015, Chef Evan returned to Singapore to learn new cooking techniques. 2021 Chef Evan started Evan’s Kitch changed name from Evan’s Kitchen. We provide Breakfast & Brunch, a coffee concepts to let our guests to enjoy, relax, warm. Evan’s Kitch is revived because we want to inherit our food to next generation, impress our guests rememberable in life.
Chef Evan starts the career as 14-year-old, in Malaysia, Seafood Chinese restaurant with Chinese cuisine base. In 2007 Chef Evan, decided to come to Singapore to learn different cooking technique from famous chefs in star hotel and restaurant. Our food in Evan’s Kitch is inspired from his childhood dish, Asian food.
Our coffee is most important complement to our food. We use coffee bean is roasted from Ipoh Malaysia name Great wall Coffee. We use single origin Coffee bean from Brazil. All Syrup & Jam are Chef Evan creation. We bring healthy food, low sugar to the table.
